Working online or in the High Peak village of Hayfield in Derbyshire, I support adults, teenagers and children over the age of eight.
My therapy helps you develop a positive vision of your future and encourages you in making small changes to take you there. With hypnotherapy I help you to reduce anxiety and stress in a gentle, supportive way whilst building confidence and resilience.
While you need to see hypnotherapy as a series of sessions (I usually suggest 6-8) clients often begin to feel the benefits after just a few sessions.
